Our take
Having two MV-400 units really opens up your lighting possibilities. I used them for a wedding and got decent coverage across the dance floor. The RGBW colors are vibrant, and the strobe function adds excitement. Setup was straightforward with DMX, and the built-in display made addressing a breeze. Running them in master-slave was simple. However, the manual tilt is a bit clunky, and the plastic build doesn't inspire confidence for heavy touring. For under $900 for a pair, it's a solid budget option, but don't expect pro-level ruggedness.
