Our take
I picked up the Rockville MV-400 for a small club gig, and it delivers solid wash and beam effects for the price. The RGBW LEDs are bright, and the strobe adds nice punch. I appreciate the built-in display for quick DMX addressing without a controller. The automated pan is smooth, but manual tilt feels a bit limited. It runs quietly thanks to the fan. Build is decent, though the plastic housing won't survive a drop. For $655, it's a good entry-level moving head, but if you need professional build and silent operation, you might want to spend more.
